Whole-Home Coverage From One Network
The two Deco units share a single Wi-Fi name, so phones and laptops move between them automatically as you walk around the house. AI-Driven Mesh learns your network environment to keep the connection steady for streaming, gaming and video calls.
Each unit has three Gigabit Ethernet ports for wired devices such as games consoles, smart TVs or desktop PCs. TP-Link HomeShield adds network protection, parental controls and IoT device protection, with a Pro Plan available at extra cost. Setup is guided step by step in the Deco app.

Where to Place Your Units
Put the main unit next to your broadband router, then place the other units roughly halfway between the router and the areas with weak signal, ideally in open spots off the floor. Avoid hiding units inside cabinets or behind TVs, as thick walls, mirrors and metal reduce Wi-Fi range.
